Vermont Cheesecake was started 11 years ago in a small Vermont town, literally by word of mouth. A passion for cheesecake and an admiration for local farms combined into the creation of a wicked good cheesecake. The happy magic experienced with each delicious bite can only come from quality cream, blended cheeses and colorful free-range eggs. Today, the emphasis remains simply on a wholesome, pure tasting cheesecake, handmade in small batches. |
